L’alinéa k de cet article est souvent cité comme celui qui prévoit que les piscines non couvertes sont soumises à déclaration préalable de travaux. Il n’en est rien puisque l’article *r422-2 du code de l’urbanisme est maintenant au sujet du préfet et des centrales nucléaires ! Il est donc parfaitement obsolète en ce qui concerne les piscines.
En effet le code de l’urbanisme a été réformé et le code actuel est en vigueur depuis le premier Octobre 2007.
Le nouvel article correspondant est le *R421-9 alinéa f du code de l’urbanisme.
